Most recently at Vimeo, I led initiatives that boosted upgrades, improved activation, and contributed to ARR growth.

My approach is straightforward: design, test, learn.
I rely on real user behavior and data, working closely with PMs, engineers, and data/research teams to understand what truly moves the needle. Over the years, I’ve been able to develop my true goal: helping users see value while making it easier for the business to grow.

Outside of work, you’ll find me perfecting espresso shots ☕, watching horror movies, and sketching my favorite scary characters 👻.
